BACKGROUND:

Nick is a highly experienced professional with a background as a Walt Disney Imagineer. He started his career as an architectural model builder, creating scale models of Disneyland theme parks. During his time at Imagineering, Nick utilized cutting-edge computer technology, including computer modeling and animation, computer-aided design, and LISP programming, to pioneer Disney's first digital rock-work department. This department was responsible for digitizing miniature models to create full-scale rock and waterfall formations, which were used in attractions such as Big Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Sleeping Beauty Castle, as well as all future rockwork and water features at Disney theme parks worldwide.

Nick also worked on several other projects at Imagineering, including virtual reality modeling for the Aladdin's Magic Carpet Ride VR experience, augmented reality research and development, and interactive attractions for Disney Cruise Lines. He has also had a successful career outside of Disney, including four years at DreamWorks SKG, co-founding NuArt Pictures Animation Studio, serving as Creative Studio Director for James Cameron Earthship.tv, and executive producing horror films and art directing video games.

Additionally, Nick has spent ten years developing products for the video game accessory market, including game controllers, gaming headsets, and collectible merchandise from popular franchises. Currently, he operates his Sculptural 3D Industrial Design Studio, GEEKYDOM LLC, from Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he lives with his wife Annette and their cat, Frankie.
